Saturdays between 10:00 – 18:00
Sundays between 10:00 – 17:00

Box Office handles pre-sales and individual ticket reservations.

VAT INVOICES

All customers who need a VAT invoice for tickets purchased at the Theatre’s box office are required to provide the tax identification number to the issued receipt at the time of purchase. An invoice for the receipt may be issued only when the buyer’s NIP (tax identification number) is added to the proof of purchase.

Please attend performances punctually. Those arriving late will only be allowed to enter by staff who will accompany them to specially selected seats. Only after the interval will they be allowed access to their designated seats.

• Our Theater is accessible to those with mobility issues, including young visitors with assistants
• Our Theater has a staircase platform for wheelchair users
• Our Theater has an on-site cafe called Teatr Fika and a bookstore run by TASHKA Press.
• Our Theater’s Large Stage is equipped with an induction loop for audiences with a hearing impairment.
• Our Theater’s Large Stage and the Liliput Stage are air-conditioned.

Parking

Parking spaces are available close to the Theater in the Unguarded Paid Parking Zone (free-of-charge at weekends). Coaches and buses can park right next door to the theater.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Tickets purchased online do not have to be printed out, electronic tickets should be presented prior to performance start.

Tickets purchased from the Box Office can be returned with proof of purchase. Payments will be refunded to the bank account associated with the payment card used to make the purchase.

All audiences requiring VAT receipts must supply a NIP number at point of purchase. Invoices to go with the receipt can be issued only when the purchaser’s NIP number is added to the receipt.

Please pay for tickets on the day of the performance.

Those wishing to cancel their booking must contact the Audience Organization Office as soon as possible by phoning 882-561-678 or via email: organizacja@teatrguliwer.pl.

Guliwer Family Card 3 + is our own offering introduced by Guliwer Puppet Theater in 2013

It’s central aim is to make access for children from large families easier – especially families of 3 or more children. Legal guardians, foster families and children’s homes can also apply for this card.

Guliwer Family Card 3+ allows holders to purchase tickets for 20 zł per person.
